Rich Lundgren | Operations Director
Rich oversees your day-to-day operations, ensuring all your scheduling needs, and managing technical support for your equipment. He is also responsible for managing the Sightpath technologists and engineers. Rich is your first point of contact for all your service needs including equipment, concerns, and front-line support.

Heather Bissonnette | Operations Coordinator
Heather works directly with the assigned scheduler in your facility and/or practice and is responsible for all your scheduling needs. Please reach out to her if you’d like to add, cancel, or change surgery dates.

Stephanie Mitchell | Director of Clinical Services
Stephanie and her team can provide clinical insights into how to better serve your patients. She is also your liaison with the Clinical Advisory Group, a team of experienced surgeons who can answer questions about challenging patients and new technologies.
