We’re excited to announce that Stephanie Mitchell, Sightpath Medical’s Director of Clinical services, will be giving a talk at the Association of Surgical Technologists’ 2019 conference on Friday, May 31st at 5:00 PM.
This presentation is entitled “Trends in Cataract Surgery: Traditional vs FLACS (Femtosecond Laser Assisted Cataract Surgery)” and will cover the basics for cataracts and ophthalmic lasers, differences between traditional cataract surgery and FLACS, as well as discussion about the future of cataract surgery.
Stephanie Mitchell will also be giving a 30-minute seminar on the Exhibition Floor entitled “Fun and Interesting Facts About Cataracts and Cataract Surgery.” Stay tuned for more information!
